Pascale Vincent is the Chief Executive Officer of Passionate Hearts Ministries, an organization with the mission to provide a place of inclusion for Black Americans and Caribbean immigrants within the greater Orlando community with a planned expansion of support for other Central Florida communities.
Her work experience includes serving as the Community Liaison and Community Event Specialist between the Community Health Centers and their Apopka, Pine Hills, and Forest City area partners. For two decades, she was the Project Coordinator and later the Program Manager, for the Farmworker’s Association of Florida delivering detailed educational healthcare classes and mental and physical health assessments to individuals and their families. During her time at the Farmworker’s, she played a critical role in the implementation of the State of Florida Youth Empowerment (AIDS) initiative, leading activities that helped improve health education and the overall wellbeing for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. In the late 1990’s, Pascale served as a Paralegal for the Haitian Refugee Program, specializing in immigration law and providing civil legal assistance to low-income immigrant families.
Pascale holds several degrees including an Associate’s in Paralegal Studies from Orlando College and an Associate’s in Pre-Law Studies from Seminole State College of Florida. She earned her Bachelor’s in Political Science and Government from the University of Central Florida and in 2019, received her Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Walden University.
Pascale is an avid volunteer in her community and was the Director, Vice-Chair, and Secretary for the Community Health Centers’ Board of Directors and a Sabbath Class and Adventurer Leader for the Forest Lake Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Her experience with nonprofits in the legal and healthcare sectors has made her an asset to the Haitian, Caribbean, and Black American communities within Central Florida. She resides in Ocoee, FL, with her loving husband and two children.

Myriam Cunningham joined Passionate Heart Ministries as the
Executive Director, in October 2020 and later became the Chief
Operations Officer in March 2021.
Prior to joining Passionate Heart Ministries, Myriam served on
active duty as a Human Resource Specialist, MOS (Military
Occupational Specialty) 42A in the Adjutant Generals Corps in the United States Army for 17 years. Her military decorations include: Army Commendation Medals, Army Achievement Medals, Army Good Conduct Medals, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, NCO Development Ribbons, Army Service Ribbon, Army Overseas Service Ribbon, and numerous military accolades. She has received her Associate’s in General Studies and continues to pursuit her Bachelor of Science in Non Profit Management specialized in Community Relations along with a minor in Human Services, Criminal Justice ; Diversity and Social Inequality; Global Peace and Security Studies.
While serving in the military, Myriam’s passion to assist and serve those in need also led her to volunteer while in the military as a Sexual Assault Victim Advocate, Equal Opportunity Leader, and Family Readiness Liaison. She has worked with and volunteered in numerous non-profit organizations such as Americorps, Big Brother Big Sister, Red Cross and the USO. Myriam acquires a comprehensive background in problem solving, mentorship, training development, and leadership engagement derived from leading teams and guiding professional development. She possesses extensive knowledge in team building, life coaching and career counseling. She also has established ZoeTri, which assists Veterans, provides Youth Mentorship & Scholarship and assists those fighting hunger.
Myriam's goal is to expand the programs, offered by Zoetri in partnership with Passionate Heart Ministries, that aid the community and become better, stronger, more collaborative and more impactful within the Central Florida Community and beyond.
She currently resides in Ocoee, FL and is a widow with two beautiful daughters, Alana and Gabrielle Cunningham. She continues to honor her husband’s, Calon C. Cunningham, legacy by being a voice to the voiceless and a beacon of hope to the hopeless.
